COVID-19 Safety Plan

The following safety protocol has been created with guidance from the Ministry of Health, BC Center for Disease Control and WorkSafe BC.

• Maximum occupancy of 3 persons in the studio.
• Physical distancing in studio of 2m/6ft is required and is indicated by floor markers.
• A mobile plexiglass barrier is used in session as additional protection.
• I will perform the BC COVID-19 self-assessment tool daily to monitor for exposure/symptoms.
• I will conduct the BC COVID-19 pre-screening questions with you, regarding symptoms, exposure and travel history, 24 hours prior to and upon arrival to your appointment.
• Late cancellation fees are waived due to illness or cautionary measures.
• Masks are mandatory upon entry to building and in studio.
• I will be wearing a mask, face shield and studio scrubs, plus gloves when needed.
• Additional time has been allotted between appointments for extra cleaning and disinfecting after each client.
• Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to appointment and not any earlier to allow for cleaning time.
• Please call or text when you arrive and I will greet you at building entrance.
• Hand sanitizer is provided for you upon entry and exit of studio.
• Please bring your own clean mask or I will have a single-use mask available for you.
• A sanitized bin is provided in studio for your personal belongings.
• Water is not offered at this time so please bring in your own water bottle if required.
• Studio furniture and display items have been simplified and reduced to create safe, clean surfaces and more space for distancing.
• All surfaces and equipment are disinfected and all linens replaced between clients.
• Studio is deep cleaned 2x/day.
• Contactless payment is available by debit, credit card, e-transfer. Cash and cheques also accepted.
